Ahhhh! H1N1

Hey people of Earth!I'm back for this post.
So there's this current epidemic phenomenon which is the Influenza A H1N1 that is very contagious and is spreading really quickly to parts of the world. If you have heard in the news, there are 2 new cases in Malaysia and there are already some in Mexico, Japan and so on. Singapore definitely does not want a H1N1 case therefore we have to take our temperature almost everyday in school. It is one of the preventive measures that must be taken.
Maybe you're wondering what is this dreaded and infectious Influenza A H1N1? Simply, it is a flu virus. It can be spread through close contact like sneezing or coughing or common illnesses. Asian countries like Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines and Korea have also caught the H1N1 virus. They quarantine tourists from Mexico or people who seem to have high fever to prevent more cases of H1N1. Constant reminders for people to have good personal hygiene and to stay home if they are unwell are made effortlessly.
Rewinding to temperature-taking exercises again, this is effective and important as when a student's temperature exceeds the trigger point, he/she will be taken home to see a doctor so that the fever will not pass on to other students. Even airports and MRT stations carry out temperature-taking exercise. We are willing to take our temperatures too anyway. =) Besides this preventive measure, we also should cover our nose/mouth with a tissue when we sneeze/cough and use hand sanitiser to remove germs from our hands...
Of course I wouldn't want the H1N1 virus to arrive in S'pore if not we would have to take a risk whenever we step out to public and crowded places. So we have to try our best to stay healthy! So synonara(I'm not so sure with the spelling).

Earth Day

HI everyone(alien,mutant or whatever you are)!Today i'm gonna talk about Earth Day!Earth day is important to me because all of us must try to save the Earth and keep it healthy.I think the phrase 'save the Earth' means saving plants and to conserve electricy to make the Earth 'live longer'.I thimk it is important to recycle,reuse and reduce so that we can save natural resources like trees.I think i can save electricy to save the Earth because it is so simple, all i need to do is to off my lights.That's all bye!

Journal writing

Hi i'm back! Today's blog is about journal writing.The aspect I like the most is + the computer lab the most because it is a very nice place and has a air-con.The aspect I dislike the most is assembly because we need to sit down on a hard and unconfortable ground and it is so hot!!!I hope the school will make the indoor air-con because I do not like the school scamming my $money$.There is nothing to improve since the school is pretty fine at the moment.I think thast is all bye

Healthy Eating

Today's topic or also known as 'thingy-ma-gingy' is about Healthy Eating.We must eat vegetables and fruits everyday to be healthy.It is important to eat healthily because it will help you to live longer.I like eating vegetables and fruits because they are delicous.That's all folks!Bye!

Earth Hour

HI! Today's thingy-ma-gingy is about earth hour.Earth Hour is about saving electricity to prevent and aware us about global.Earth Hour is held this saturday from 8.30pm to 9.30pm.I think people organise this program to convince us to save electricy and help us think of others instead of themselves.People will have to do their best to avoid turning on the lights.My family and I will be going down to my condo's swimming pool to do at least something nice.The world is also facing fanacial crisis.That's al bye!

My school sports day

Hi I am blogging again.The reason why I did not post last week is that it was my class test and my parents don't allow me to use the computer.I did not attend the school sports day because I found it bofing last year so I do not wanted to go to the school sports.I think the most interesting part of sports in the school is that I can have fun with my friends.The most uninteresting part of school sports is that I need to sit on wet floor and will end up having wet PANTS(annoying)!I think the school must have a school aircon coz' it is nice.I did not have engage with sports yet because if I engage with sports,it'll be very tiring.If i am thye principal of the school i will built a indoor basketball court so that people won't play basketbal under the sun.I trhink that's all bye!

Silent Reading

Hi I'm back in blogging and today I'm going to talk about Silent Reading in my school.The first thing I'm going to talk about in silent reading is 'Why do you think the school gets the pupils to read every morning?', well Mr.fong I can answer that question. I think the school gets the pupils to read every morning is that to help us to improve our english and to get ideas from the book for composition.I like reading because it is fun once you get used to it.I usually read fiction because it is fun and very exciting. I think it will help in my school work by reading because books help me to get new words from them. I'm not sure how to encourage pupils to tread but I hope they will. That's all for now....BYE!
